Changing an existing Trade Account

If you need to change any aspect of your existing Trade Account with us (e.g. address change or contact person change), we need you to officially inform us!

The easiest way to do this is to use the 'edit link address' that was emailed to Contact Person 1 of the originally submitted Trade Account Application Form.  Use  the link address supplied previously to access the original form, update it online and re-submit it to inform us of any changes.

If you did not keep the 'edit link address', you have 2 options...
  1. Locate the PDF copy of the original form and annotate changes to the PDF.  Sign and date  the annotated form. Then Submit a ticket to us attaching the annotated form.  
  2. Submit a support ticket asking us to send your original form back making sure to clarify your trade account name and address.  We'll return your PDF and you can follow Option 1 above!
